Having grown up in the Metro Detroit area, co-owner Nicole King spent more than 20 years in the banking industry, establishing relationships with countless customers and fellow associates. In 2019, she started her own residential and commercial cleaning business. Her hard work, attention to detail, and customer-driven solutions quickly garnered her a flourishing enterprise even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nicole moved her operations to Southwest Florida where, along with Matt Jantos, she started the Province Property Group. With her expertise in housekeeping, Home Watch, and concierge services, her ability to provide an all-encompassing solution for clients is second to none. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys boating, her beloved Detroit Lions, and spending time with her dog, Minni.
Nicole is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which puts her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Nicole’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
As the owner of an audio/video company, co-owner Matt Jantos has been providing audio/video solutions for customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida for the last 20 years. His clear and concise system designs provide functional and understandable options for his many customers. As a partner in the Province Property Group, Matt uses his business and customer service acumen to provide solutions for his Home Watch clients. With Matt’s vast experience in information technology, his IT Watch system provides an additional layer of observation, security, and peace of mind for property owners. In his spare time, Matt can be found golfing and rooting for his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
